RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY
At SB Creations, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We kindly ask that you carefully review our returns policy before placing your order.
Please note: We do not offer refunds, credits or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Artwork errors in customer provided graphics
- Damage due to incorrect garment care
- Missed deadlines
- Failed delivery due to incorrect address supplied by customer
- Wear and tare
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before checking out.
This includes:
- Artwork
- Sizes
- Quantities
- Name
- Spelling
- Personalisation details
- Shipping address
Please double check all information before submitting your order, as we do not take any responsibility for errors provided by the customer.
If you’ve made a mistake with the above, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet started we can amend your order for you. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. Cancellations can only be accepted if production has yet not started. Once production has begun, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately by email at online@sbcreations.au within 5 days of receiving your order.
Include the following details below in your email:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Details & description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the print, damage or fault
SB Creations reserve the right to assess and determine whether the product is damaged or faulty.
If the item is found to be faulty after inspection, full refund will be issued.
If the item is not deemed faulty, it will be returned back to the customer, and no refund will be provided.
